Heating, hot water and cooking are all electric which is included in the rental price.  Free Wi-Fi is available. The beds will be made up and towels will be provided (but please bring your own beach towels). Spare bedding is available and laundry costs are included. The house is available for booking on a weekly basis and our changeover day is Thursday. Reservations must be confirmed with a 25% deposit and the remainder being due six weeks before the holiday.  We give existing guests a week’s priority after their stay to re-book the following year. Haycocks is a non-smoking property and we regret we do not accept Dogs.
