| In order to take advantage of the views, the house has been designed ‘upside down’ with bedrooms below and kitchen/living room/balcony above. There are three bedrooms, one double, one twin-bedded and one single. Beds will be made up ready for your arrival and towels will be provided. A travel cot is available if required. |  |

On the upper floor the lounge is light and airy with sliding patio doors leading on to the balcony. It is fully equipped with colour television, DVD, video recorder and mini sound system. The kitchen has an oven & hob unit, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing/drying machine. The bathroom is brand new for 2008 with bath, shower, toilet and basin. |

| At the back of the house is a small garden and patio area with table and chairs. There are electric radiators throughout the house and all electricity is included. Rental prices range from £395 to £795 per week. |
